We’re Jared & Kammie—your local go-to team for all things charcuterie and celebration.
Cascade Charcuterie started with a simple idea: beautiful food makes life better. Whether it’s a wedding, a backyard gathering, or just a Tuesday night with friends, we believe something special happens when people come together around a great board.
We’ve worn a lot of hats over the years—from digital creatives to mountain adventurers—and we’ve always had a passion for building meaningful experiences. Based right here in Bellingham, we spend as much time as we can outdoors—exploring the Cascades, camping, snowboarding, and making memories with the people we love.

How much notice do you need?
We typically need at least 2 weeks notice to prepare for your event with care. For larger events (75 people or more) we recommend reaching out a few weeks in advance.
Can I customize my board?
Absolutely. You can choose your favorite meats, cheeses, fruits, and more from our menu. We also do themed boards for holidays, birthdays, and special events.
Do you offer charcuterie for large events or corporate gatherings?
Yes! We create a fully customizable experience. Just reach out and we’ll help you plan the perfect spread.
